Pear-shaped, dark green on the tree, turning purple to black when ripe. The skin is medium to thick, with a rough texture. Small to medium size (140-400 gr.). Seed size is medium with 66-70% flesh yield. The flesh is of excellent quality with a rich nutty flavour.
It is the most important variety worldwide.
